Currently, most of our styles are available in standard widths. However, our Comfort collection and certain Casual Shoes feature extra room designs suitable for wider feet.

We offer two premium delivery services:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with real-time tracking
  • Free Shipping (orders $50+): 15-25 business days via EMS with periodic tracking updates
All orders process within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. International orders typically take 3-5 business days longer than the estimated delivery windows.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery:
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Note: Final sale items (marked “BOGO Free” or “Clearance”) cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size/color, simply place a new order and return the original item. To ensure availability of your preferred size, we recommend waiting until your return is processed before reordering.
