Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, with original packaging and tags). Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • All returned items will be inspected before refunds are processed
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Flip Flops and Outdoor Sandals unless they arrive defective. All other footwear categories including our Athletic & Sneakers, Dress Shoes, and Boat shoes are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
