We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Flip Flops
  • Outdoor Sandals

These items may only be returned if they arrive defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. may be subject to customs fees for returned items. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
